• Advised and represented management in employment- related issues, including personnel law, wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour issues, unemployment and worker’s compensation law.  I have managed employment law cases from inception to settlement in general civil litigation.  I have  performed litigation tasks, including attending court appearances, depositions, settlement conferences, pre-trial hearings and trial.  I have excellent research and writing skills, attention to detail and the ability to work professionally with clients, associates and staff
• Licenses - California Bar License
• Education/Designations - Bachelor Degree, Juris Doctorate- Cum Laude.

I am adept in building relationships and I am known for my ability to quickly establish trust with employees, mediate disputes and motivate others into action.  I am comfortable and experienced giving both large and small-group presentations and have conducted training seminars for diverse audiences across all organizational levels.
